He retired at the age of 35. Striker of the Argentine national team, he ended his career in MLS at Inter Miami. Among the many trophies won there are 3 Italian Championships, 3 Liga, a Europa League with Sarri's Chelsea and the victory of top scorer of the Serie A with Napoli.
Bruno Alves (1981)
He ended his career with Apollon Smyrnis in Greece. His most important trophy on the board is the victory of the Euro 2016 with Portugal with whom he played 96 games. He won the championship in three countries, Portugal, Russia and Turkey.
Gary Cahill (1985)
A career all in England ended in Bournemouth. Palmares full of trophies among which we find a Champions League, two Europa Leguae and two Premier Leagues, all conquered with Chelsea.
Diego Ribas Da Cunha (1985)
His career ended in Brazil in his Flamengo. In his palmares there are 22 trophies including: Europa League, two Libertadores, four Brazilian Championships (two each with Santos and Flamengo), a Liga (Atletico Madrid) and a Portuguese championship (Porto).
Hernanes (1985)
Anderson Hernanes de Carvalho Viana Lima - this is the full name - ended his career at Recife. Palmares full of trophies including an Italian Championship with the Juventus, an Olympic Bronze and two Italian Cups.
Blaise Matuidi (1987)
The French midfielder ended his career at Inter Miami in MLS. Protagonist of the World Cup won with France in 2018. In his palmares he also counts three Italian Championships with Juventus and four Ligue 1 with PSG.
Shunsuke Nakamura (1978)
The Japanese midfielder, in Europe for eight seasons (Reggina, Celtic and Espanyol) ended his adventure as a footballer with Yokohama FC. For him 98 appearances with the national team with 24 goals.
Maxi Rodriguez (1981)
Argentine from Rosario, he ended his career in Newell's Old Boys, where he started in 1999. In his Palmares also a League Cup in England with Liverpool in 2012.
Gerard Pique (1987)
A fantastic career for the Barcelona defender (397 games with the club) who also played for Manchester United as a young man. He has won everything: four Champions League, eight La Liga, seven Copa del Rey, three Club World Cups, three European Super Cups and six Spanish Super Cups, as well as a World Cup and a European Championship with Spain.
Franck Ribery (1983)
His career ended in Italy, first in Fiorentina then with Salernitana, after 12 seasons in Bundesliga with 9 titles and a Champions League won as an absolute protagonist in 2013.
Carlos Tevez (1984)
His last team was Boca Junior with whom he started his professional career. He won everything: English cups and championships, Italian cups and championships, a Champions League with Manchester United and a Libertadores with his Boca.
Arda Turan (1987)
His last team was Galatasaray. He has worn prestigious jerseys including Atletico Madrid and Barcellona. Three championships won with these teams and 100 matches in the national team.
Laurent Koscielny (1985)
A lifetime spent with the Arsenal jersey (255 races) after starting his career in France. A pillar of the defense of the French national team, he ended his career in his homeland with the Bordeaux jersey.
John Obi Mikel (1987)
Trophy cabinet full of trophies for the Nigerian midfielder including a Champions League, a Europa League, two Premier League - all with Chelsea - an Africa Cup of Nations and an Olympic Bronze (Rio 2016) with the national team.

There are so many sports disciplines in which people jump. In addition to athletics, in which jumps are divided into four categories (long, high, triple, and pole vaulting), many sportsmen and women excel in real flights, for example, with skis and snowboards, but also with cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and....parachutes.
Man has always dreamed, after all, of flying, and this is one of the most direct ways to experience that feeling of freedom that humans have been chasing for centuries.

What is the most exhausting sport in the world?
According to a research promoted by ESPN, a US television station entirely dedicated to sport, the discipline that implies a greater overall effort of our body, thus being the most tiring ever (as well as one of those that involves the greatest risk of serious injuries), is boxing.
The study took into account, for each discipline analyzed, multiple parameters including strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination required in the race, to be related to the average expenditure of energy, both physical and mental.
