The best scorers in the history of Germany, the ranking

Germany has traditionally been known for having some of the best goalscorers in world football, with a long list of great strikers representing the German national team over the years.

Among the most famous we find Gerd Müller. Müller was a formidable striker, known for his ability to score goals and his shooting power.

Another great German goalscorer was Miroslav Klose, who scored 71 goals in 137 games for the German national team, becoming Germany's all-time top scorer. Klose was known for his ability to score goals with his head and for his physical strength.

 Oliver Bierhoff (1968), 37 goals. Oliver Bierhoff was a German forward who played for the Germany national team from 1996 to 2002.  He is best remembered for his super-sub role, often coming off the bench to score key goals. His golden goal in the 1996 European Championship final contributed to Germany's victory.

Michael Ballack (1976), 42 goals
Michael Ballack was a German midfielder who played for the Germany national team from 1999 to 2010. With the national team he reached the final of the World Championship in 2002 and the World Cup in 2006, as well as having played the European Championship in 2000, 2004 and 2008.

Uwe Seeler was a German striker who played for the Germany national team from 1954 to 1970. He participated in four World Cups, reaching the final in 1966, and scored 43 goals in 72 games for the German national team.
