Iga Swiatek still first in the world, the new WTA ranking

The WTA ranking is the world ranking of professional women tennis players, published by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) every Monday.

The ranking takes into account the results obtained by women tennis players in WTA and ITF tournaments played over the last 52 weeks.

The WTA ranking points system is based on tournament results, with a higher weighting for major tournaments, such as Grand Slam tournaments, WTA Premier Mandatory tournaments and WTA Premier 5 tournaments. Women players receive points based on their singles and doubles results, and can accumulate additional points for consecutive tournament wins.
